Player Information
New players can complete medical details and try two sessions free before registering. All registrations and payments are now managed through PlayHQ, so please cancel any existing direct debits.

New players should complete the medical details form before their first session. This gives the club the information it needs to welcome them safely.

Players can try two sessions before choosing the appropriate PlayHQ registration for their session or team.
Payments
Community sessions are £20 per month plus the PlayHQ registration fee. Senior Scrimmage is £10 per session, with an optional monthly payment available through PlayHQ.
Bring
Bring appropriate kit, water, and any information requested by coaches.

Junior community sessions
Junior Boys U10s/U12s and Junior Girls register and pay £20 per month, plus the PlayHQ registration fee.
Senior Scrimmage
Register in PlayHQ before attending. The session price is £10, with an optional monthly payment available there.

All club payments are now collected through PlayHQ. Please cancel any existing direct debits.
Regional & National League teams
Competitive pathway & trials
Northwich Basketball Club is developing competitive boys' pathways through National League and BNW Regional League opportunities. Team players can expect structured training, regular games, open shooting opportunities, game footage and analysis, and additional skills development support. Trials are announced by age group each season, with dates, registration links, and what players need to bring.
Basketball England
Competitive players need a PlayHQ account for Basketball England registration. Create an account before opening the relevant team registration.
Team payments
Regional and National League team payment is £50 per month. The total shown in PlayHQ includes Basketball England affiliation and league-entry costs, and can be paid in one amount or by instalments. Speak to a coach if payment would be difficult.
Club WhatsApp updates
Parents & players aged 18+
Use the Club WhatsApp group for practical player and parent information, including session changes, team updates, and coach messages. Parents or guardians should join for under-18 players; players aged 18+ can join directly.
Senior Scrimmage
Senior Scrimmage players can also use the dedicated group for session-specific updates.
